*reappears at the king's Throne Room, guarding the door.  Link is putting on all of his Hero clothes while the king and I watch.
"Man these clothes are dirty as HELL!" Link exclaims.
"Shut up and put them on." The king tells him.
After a few minutes of time passed, Link had successfully passed the test and set out to destroy Ganon and rescue Princess Zelda.
"Ok.  Go save Zelda.  But how...?"
Navi appears out of nowhere.
"How about we start in kokiri?"
Link hits himself on the head.  "I knew that."
After many hours, Link emerges from the Deku Tree's entrails holding the stone it contained.  And right before his eyes, the Deku Tree froze up and died.
   Link emerges in Hyrule field, in front of the entrance to Kokiri forest.
"What now?"
Navi is unusually quiet.
"Oh well.  Let's ask Sam.  He'll know what to do.
  A few hours go by and Link still hasn't found Sam.
"Man I'm so hungry right now.  The gate to town is closed, there's no food anywhere outside, I'm going to die!"  Night falls and skeleton kids rise up from the ground and chase him.  "SHIT" Link runs like hell to Sheikah Village.
"Should've thought of that before, Link." Navi pipes into Link's ear.
"Shut up navi."  Link falls asleep outside the village.
   Sam was a patrolman at the village, and happened to see Link sleeping on the ground in front of the village.  So Sam too him inside his house and let him sleep on his bed.  Then sam, realizing his shift was over, went over to Sarah's house for the party.
  Next morning,  Link wakes up to Sam standing over him.
"How'd i get here?" Link asks Sam.
"I brought you here, since you were asleep on the cold ground outside the village.  Glad i left the door unlocked too."
"So, where to now?"
Sam sighs deeply.  "I guess you need to ask around town.  I'm afraid I don't have any answers."
"Damn it!"  Link goes outside and asks around, getting clues all around.  He goes back to find that the door to Sam's has been locked.
"Why did he have to lock the door?"
Sam happened to be at the castle talking with the king about the savior of Hyrule.
-note, we will not go there-
Link goes up Death Mountain, so named because there were dead corpses everywhere, which scared the living shit out of him.  Anyway, he met with the king of the Gorons, who gave him a bracelet that enabled him to lift up bomb flowers.
yada yada yada, link blows open dungeon, gets the major prizes, kills the boss, yada yada yada.
Link emerges from Goron city a few days later with the fire stone in hand.
"Now let's go back to the village and ask Sam where to go next.
Now let's go back in time to yesterday, when Link was 3/4 way done with the dungeon.
Sam had just reached home.  He tried to open the door to his house, but it was locked.
"Damnit!   Why did I forget I locked it?"
Sam searched his whole person, practically stripping naked to find his keys.  But to no avail.  So Sam had to search the whole town to find the keys.  After talking to some random worker that told him to go talk to Sarah, he went over to Sarah's and knocked on the door.
"Hello?" Sarah says.
"Hey Sarah.  I was just wondering-"
"If I'd go out with you?  Sure!"
"That wasn't what I was going to ask you, but ok.  Have you seen my keys?"
"Oh, well, yes I have them here.  Why don't you come on inside and let's try to negotiate a price for them, shall we?"  Sam goes inside, sarah shutting the door behind them.
A few horus pass and Sam is on the bed with Sarah, half asleep.
"That was so much fun!" Sam exclaimed.
"I haven't had that much fun in years!" Sarah responded.
They both fall asleep and Sam had gotten his keys back.
The next day, Link was running from the mountain into the village.  Stopping and panting for breath, Link sits down by the guard.
After a few minutes of rest, Link goes to Sam's place and discovers a note ont eh door addressed to him.
'Link, at Sarah's.  Sam.'
"Well shit.  Now what?"  Link asks himself.  He decides to go over to Sarah's and knocks on the door.  "Sarah, you home?"
Sarah opens the door, half-naked.  "Oh hey, hold on a second while I put on a shirt, ok?"
Link turns away, blushing.  "O-ok."
A few minutes pass and Sarah opens the door again.  "Hey.  Sorry about that.  I was sleeping when you woke me up."
"Sorry.  I was only wondering if sam was here.  He left a note for me telling me that he was here."  Link looks around the house from outside the front door.
"Yeah he's here.  Let me go wake him up."  Sarah disappears into the bedroom and closes the door.
A few minutes roll by and Sam reappeared outside Sarah's with Link.
"So what now?" Link asked.
"Well, I see you got two stones.  It's an old belief that the Zoras have the last one.  I think you should go there and look."
"Ok."
A few hours pass and Link ends up inside Zoras' domain.  Going up to the king, he asks about the stone.  The king explains the whole story on 'save my daughter, get the stone' concept, which Link does and gives a childhood half-promise to the Zora princess to marry her in the future.
  Link knew he had all the stones, so he went to the castle to tell the king, but night fell as soon as he got to the castle.  Thhe bridge came down and both the king and the princess were on a white stallion riding off into the distant lands.  Stopping for only a few seconds, the princess tosses an ocarina to him, but it lands in the moat.  Ganon appears about a minute later, having lost their trail.
  "Boy, have you seen a white stallion anywhere?"
Link could not answer because he was frozen in fear.
I think it's high time we skip past the temples and go to the part when Link walks out of the Temple of Time with all six Medallions in his possession.
Link goes back to Sam's place and finds the door unlocked.  He goes inside to find otu that Sam and Sarah are inside, snuggling on the rug by the fireplace.
"Oh, hey Link.  Just snuggling with my hunny.  Did you get every medallion yet?"  Link shows the medallions to Sam.  "Ok."  He turns to Sarah.  "I have to leave for a bit.  I'll see you later hunny."  He kisses her and grabs Link by the sleeve, dragging him outside.
  After reaching ganon's palace, they stop at the edge of the ground, over a Lava Pool.  Link brings out his Medallions while Sam chanted some magic words to help channel the power.  The power turns to a bridge of rainbow colors.  Link walks inside, alone.  Sam goes back to his home to snuggle with his hunny.
  A few hours go by and Link eventually defeats magical ganon.  Escaping teh tower by sheer secodns before it collapsed, Link and zelda are together, embracing eachother in a passionate kiss.  Suddenly, a ring of fire swarms around the ruined tower and Link is drawn towards it against his will.  Link's Master sword has been blown away and has no sword left to fight with.
"Show yourself, ganon!"
Ganon emerges from the ruined tower with the triforce of power emblem glowing above his head.  Ganon crumbles to the ground and his form turns into that of a demon.
  Link eventually defeats him with the power of the Master Sword, sealing ganon away in a time rift for all eternity.
"Link, let's go back in time."  Zelda yells.  Zelda brings out her ocarina and plays the Song of Time.  Time around them slowed to a still and then was reversed seven years.
  Reaching the castle, Zelda and Link came upon the throne room, where dried blood was spattered all over the door.  Pushing the door aside, they find the king's dead corpse lying on the floor in a dry pool of his own blood.  Zelda was in tears.
  Sam came into the throne room, apparently talking to the dead king.
"so, your majesty, I was thinking-" sam stops, seeing the situation.  He begins biting his nails.  "Oh shit."  Princess Zelda, seeing the apparent situation, I, as the family's protector, appoint you as the new queen.  My first question, milady, is to ask who you'd like your king to be.
"Him."  Zelda points to Link.  "Come here you."  Zelda grabs Link and passionately kisses him.  Link, after the kiss, falls on the ground lost in a daze.
   While the new couple were getting situated, Sam went all over town, posting news about the new queen's marriage and the old king's death.  After a few minutes, Link wakes up smiling.
"Shall we make this official then?" Link asks.  Zelda nods in agreement and tells sam to post the official wedding date on the posters about the new marriage.  He does so.
  The wedding day approaches, and everyone is there at the Temple of Time, dressed in their best clothes, bride and groom in their natural outfits, since it was the best they had.
The priest of the temple, newly appointed by Link, pronounced them official husband and wife, and they kiss.  The crowd goes wild.
  Zelda, holding the bouquet of flowers in her hands, turns her back to the girls and throws it in the air.  Sarah, being the nimblest woman, rushes through the crowd and catches the bouquet.  Sam emphatically claps for her while she blushes.
  The crowd exclaims:  "Hyrule is saved and Zelda has married!  What's next to happen?"
good question... one that I, the narrator, don't have an answer to.
